I just found out that my clarinet solo Jaywalking Jackalope was chosen for the latest 15 Minutes Of Fame concert presented by clarinetist Bruce Curlette. It’s a fun little piece that keeps switching gears and registers; the title just seemed to suit (I have to admit that my wife came up with it). Jaywalking Jackalope will be performed along with 14 other brand new clarinet solos on Sunday, September 9th, 2012 1:00 pm as part of the Composer’s Voice concert series at the Jan Hus Church, 351 East 74th Street, New York City.
